What data we process and why

How long we keep data
Data is kept for the duration of the service and afterwards for as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting, tax, warranty and other obligations or to establish and defend legal claims.
Who has access
Your personal data may be accessible to employees and contractors involved in carrying out the service request, to service providers who perform certain tasks for us, such as accounting, IT or related services, and to the competent authorities where we are required to do so by law.
